Rate of pay £12.75 per hour

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our HR systems and procedures operate effectively - supporting colleagues across the organisation and contributing to continuous service improvement.
What You'll Do:
* Deliver high-quality administrative support within the HR department to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of systems and processes.
* Manage office administration and maintain excellent service standards for staff, customers, and visitors.
* Prepare professional reports, documents, and proposals for senior staff, offering advice and assistance when required.
* Support the organisation and administration of training and development programmes - including e-learning, face-to-face sessions, and other professional growth opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records, collate training statistics, and assist in the preparation of departmental reports.
* Provide guidance to managers and staff on all training and development matters.
* Support the department's commitment to personal development, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
* Contribute to Investors in People (IIP) initiatives and other quality improvement programmes.
