We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage building services and erection and commissioning (E&C) subcontracts. You will assist our existing Main Civils Quantity Surveyor when workload allows, prior to E&C works commencing. Some of other duties include; * Manage building services and E&C subcontracts. * Assist the Main Civils Quantity Surveyor. * Manage change and claims. Forecast liabilities. * Utilize methods of measurement and re-measurable contracts. * Verify measures using drawings. * Perform other standard Quantity Surveyor duties. Requirements for the role: * Experience in quantity surveying, preferably with exposure to building services and E&C. * Experience with MF/1 and FIDIC contract forms preferred.
