Roles/Responsibilities
Perform dimensional and visual inspections using CMM, Faro Arm, and other metrology tools
Apply GD&T principles to ensure components meet engineering drawings and specifications
Verify compliance with ASME codes and other regulated quality standards before product release
Identify, record, and support resolution of non-conformances in line with quality procedures
Maintain accurate inspection records, traceability, and certification in a regulated manufacturing environment
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in quality inspection, ideally within a regulated or high-integrity manufacturing industry
Skilled in CMM operation/programming and Faro Arm measurements
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systemsDesirable:
ASME certification desirable; training can be provided
Knowledge of problem-solving tools: 5 Whys, FMEA, Fishbone, 8D methodology
