We are looking for someone reliable, a quick learner and able to multi-task. Are you a skilled CNC Operator looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our growing Aluminium manufacturing team.

What we're looking for:
* Experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing or engineering setting
* Ability to read and interpret instructions etc
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Good problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with CNC Programming is an advantage
* Team player with a positive, pro-active mindset.
Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate CNC Machine to produce high-quality components
* Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as required
* Conduct quality checks
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Work with engineers and production staff to optimise processes and Interpret drawings and specifications
