Your day with Team Carden:
* Supporting the managers with supervising profitable bar areas and outdoor spaces
* Creating and dispensing a variety of drinks, including cocktails
* You will have thorough knowledge of our menus, with the ability to provide guest's with information required whilst taking food and drink orders
* Preparing for restaurant, events and bar service, as well as close down at end of the shift
* Maximising sales via hospitable and knowledgeable service
* Undertaking delegation duties and preparing for the days activities.
* Monitoring and recording
Carden Park is committed to nurturing and supporting staff through various qualifications and upskilling during employment. Cocktail masterclasses are provided by our experienced sommelier and you will be encouraged to cascade this information and knowledge to the staff you supervise.
Full time roles are available with hours available for day shifts, evenings and weekends.
We are inviting those who are over 18 to join us to support the team during the day/evening and weekends in our various bars.
