Job Summary
Outpatient Network are recruiting for Cardiac Physiologists with a minimum of 1 year post accreditation to help support in our weekday insourcing clinics in the Derbyshire area.
Main duties of the job
* Patient Preparation: Ensuring patients are informed about the procedure and comfortable before the echocardiogram.
* Echocardiogram Execution: Conducting high-quality echocardiograms using ultrasound equipment, capturing images of the hearts chambers, valves, and blood flow.
* Data Analysis: Analyzing echocardiographic data to identify any abnormalities or areas of concern.
* Report Generation: Compiling and documenting findings in detailed reports for review by cardiologists.
* Collaboration: Working closely with medical teams to discuss results and contribute to patient care plans. Ensuring that echocardiography equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
