CNC Milling Machining Cell Leader – Exhall
Salary: £18.00 – £19.00 per hour (DOE)
Contract: Permanent
Start: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
* Program (online and offline), set, and operate CNC milling machines
* Interpret engineering drawings and 3D digital files
* Manufacture prototypes and small production runs to tight tolerances
* Conduct manual and CMM inspection of machined components
* Uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with agreed specifications
* Provide technical support to cell members in programming, fixturing, and machine setup
* Foster collaborative working relationships within the team
Required Experience & Qualifications
* Leadership experience
* Time-served or equivalent experience in CNC milling
* Relevant engineering qualification
* Confident in proving unproven programs safely
* Skilled in CMM and manual inspection techniques
* Online Programming experience (preferably Heidenhain)
* CAM experience (preferably EdgeCAM)
* Experience machining a wide range of materials including Inconel, titanium, super duplex, aluminium‑bronze, plastics, and more
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Flexible and team‑oriented approach
Working Hours
* Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
* Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm
