Shift: Monday to Friday. 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm rotating weekly.
Pay: Starting at £27,040.00 per year.
Navara are recruiting for a production operative who is looking to learn new skills, develop their career and to progress within a company. Experience is not essential as full, ongoing training will be given for this role.
Main duties:
* Set up, operate, and monitor production machines according to specifications.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
* Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
* Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety rules and procedures.
* Document production output, downtime, and maintenance performed.
* Report malfunctions or defects to the supervisor or maintenance team.
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), production schedules, and quality guidelines.
* Assist with loading raw materials and unloading finished products.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
