Set and implement standard operating procedures and service standards for the store.
Manage pre-assigned staff for both front and back of house to ensure brand standards are achieved.
Manage, motivate, recruit, train, and develop staff in accordance with company policies and employment laws.
Oversee card payment systems, ensuring procedures and policies are followed, prioritizing staff and customer safety.
Maintain the effectiveness of IT and other essential in-store systems, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
Manage, maintain, and report daily stock levels of all food and beverage items; ensure correct checking, storage, and data entry for deliveries.
Oversee health & safety, security, and emergency systems, ensuring staff and customer awareness in line with policies and laws.
Develop personal skills through ongoing training provided by the company or approved providers.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-volume retail food service environment at manager or assistant manager level.
* Strong supervisory and leadership qualities.
* Aspirations to progress to an Area Manager role.
