In this role, you will deliver Mechanical Engineering and/or Electronics programmes across Level 2 and Level 3 provision, including City & Guilds and BTEC National qualifications. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess learner progress, and contribute to curriculum development within a supportive and collaborative department.
Mechanical Engineers will deliver units including Engineering Principles, Mathematics, Fabrication, CAD, manual machining, hand fitting and workshop manufacturing processes.
Electronics Engineers will deliver units such as Electronic Devices, Measurement and Testing and Microcontrollers.
You will be based in a newly opened STEM facility, purpose-built to reflect modern industry standards and designed to support outstanding teaching and learning.

The Role:
Delivering Mechanical Engineering and/or Electronics across Level 2 and Level 3 programmes
Planning lessons, developing schemes of work and high-quality teaching materials
Assessing learner progress and supporting students to achieve strong outcomes
Contributing to curriculum development and quality assurance
Full-time, permanent position, 37 hours per week
The Person:
Background in Mechanical Engineering and/or Electronics
Teaching experience and qualification
Familiar with BTEC National and City & Guilds qualifications
Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and supporting learner success
