Pertemps are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Data Entry Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing company in the Dudley area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and Excel skills, looking to secure full-time, ongoing work with a reputable employer. Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately inputting high volumes of data into Microsoft Excel and internal management reporting systems
2. Maintaining up-to-date, accurate documentation and reports
3. Following established admin procedures and ensuring data integrity
4. Handling routine and repetitive data entry tasks with focus and consistency
5. Supporting the admin and operations team with general office duties as required
Successful candidates will have:
6. Proven experience in administration, office support, or data entry roles
7. Strong Excel skills – confident with spreadsheets, formulas, and data handling
8. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
9. Comfortable working independently with repetitive tasks
10. Reliable, organised, and proactive with a good work ethic
