We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our organisation, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and proficiency in various software applications.
Duties
* Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry and clerical tasks.
* Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism, ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues.
* Support the warehouse function, picking & packing orders, goods receipt and keeping the warehouse in line with our H&S Guidelines
* Maintain organised records and files, both physical and digital, to facilitate easy access to information.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Experience
* Previous office/warehouse experience is essential, with a background in operational roles being highly desirable.
* Strong computer skills are required, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent phone etiquette is necessary for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Experience in data entry and clerical work will be beneficial in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.
