Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Salary: Up to £37,500
The Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join a maintenance team supporting a large educational environment.
Working across a multi-building site, you will deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs while helping ensure all facilities remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
This is a varied role suited to an engineer with a core trade background in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical maintenance who is comfortable working across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems
* Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
* Support maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, heating, and electrical systems
* Update maintenance tasks and records using CAFM systems
* Work collaboratively with other engineers and contractors on-site
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
* Provide a professional service to staff, visitors, and stakeholders
* Participate in the on-call rota and support minor project works when required
