Role: Operations Administrator
Pay: £30K per annum
Hours: 0800 – 1700 (Monday – Friday)
We are working with an industry-leading company based in Kettering, renowned for their commitment to quality and excellence. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership potential to develop their skills and manage their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in overseeing daily operations
* Scheduling of engineers to site and to arrange overnight accommodation if necessary
* Support the implementation of operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Manage stock control and compliance procedures.
* Assist with new site openings, including setting up systems and training new staff.
* Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day operational issues.
