Are you a detail-oriented, proactive planner with a passion for driving change in cloud transformation projects? We’re looking for two Project Planners to join our Group Change team and support the delivery of our Evergreen Cloud initiative on a fixed-term basis for 2 years. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of a transformative cloud project, working with a passionate and collaborative team. Please note that this position is not suitable for fully remote applicants, as regular on-site collaboration in Harrogate is essential. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project plans for assigned workstreams Track and report on spend, escalating issues as needed Prepare documentation for key meetings and manage delegated activities Coordinate purchasing and scheduling of project activities Maintain RAID logs and ensure timely updates Act as the central point of contact for Evergreen Cloud queries Oversee resource availability and manage the shared mailbox What you bring A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and strong organisational skills Experience in complex project or programme environments Quick learner with a structured, methodical approach Detail-oriented and diligent with excellent stakeholder management Confident communicator, able to challenge constructively Proficient in MS Office tools including Project Online, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint What we offer you As a minimum, all our employees receive free meals, drinks and snacks while at work, a discretionary quarterly profit-share bonus, holiday allowance with the option to buy and (in some cases) sell additional days, company-wide employee discounts, access to our health cash plan, wellbeing support, company funded counselling, and enrolment in the company pension.
