Relinea is looking for an Internal Sales Person to join our team. We are an innovative and ambitious GRP product design & fabrication company based in Crumlin, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment to acquire new customers, increase revenue growth, and make sure all aspects of the sales orders meet the requirements of the clients.
Job Duties:
· Making calls and following up with clients to meet their needs
· Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
· Maintaining good relationships with existing clients
· Developing and analysing data to determine how to better accommodate new and existing customers
· Offering demonstrations of products and services to potential buyers
· Making sure to understand the individual and unique needs of each customer
· Proactively follow up with customers to get their feedback, guarantee their satisfaction and develop ideas for pitch modification to more successfully advertise products
· Proactively look for new customers, and arrange meetings for sales pitches.
Job Criteria:
· Minimum of 1 years' experience in sales role (direct/phone/retail)
· Proven experience of working to and achieving sales targets
· Good level of computer literacy, including experience in the use of Microsoft packages/ computer databases
· Ability to work on own initiative and manage own time effectively
· Strong planning and organisational skills
· Highly customer-focused
· Excellent administration skills
· Professional attitude to work
