Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Bar and Kitchen Team Member to join team. This role involves providing excellent service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organised environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, drinks, and delivering memorable customer experiences.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages in accordance with company standards
* Assist with meal preparation and food safety procedures to ensure high-quality service
* Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
* Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and bar area throughout shifts
* Restock supplies and organise workstations for smooth operation during service
* Follow health and safety regulations related to food handling and hygiene standards
* Support the team during busy periods by assisting with additional tasks as required
* Ensure all food safety protocols are adhered to at all times
Skills
* Previous experience in catering, cooking or hospitality is desirable
* Strong understanding of food preparation and meal assembly techniques
* Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve guests professionally
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Good organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness
* Flexibility to adapt to busy periods and varied shift patterns
* Basic culinary skills or kitchen experience are advantageous
