We’re looking for caring, committed and flexible Teaching Assistants to join welcoming primary and secondary schools across Cambridge. Whether you have experience in SEN, SEMH, 1:1 support or are confident in a general classroom TA role, we want to hear from you!
What you'll be doing:
1. Supporting children 1:1 or in small groups, helping them access learning
2. Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
3. Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion for all pupils
4. Helping pupils with special educational needs reach their full potential
We’re looking for someone who:
5. Has experience working with children (school-based or other relevant settings)
6. Is calm, patient and adaptable
7. Understands the importance of safeguarding and child protection
8. Has a passion for education and making a positive impact

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
