What You’ll Be Doing
* Accurately file and manage documentation including quotes, invoices, contracts and purchase orders.
* Create structured site folders to support project teams.
* Track delivery dates and liaise with suppliers to ensure goods arrive on time.
* Arrange the return of materials and equipment when needed.
* Raise and receipt purchase orders in line with company processes.
* Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly.
* Support the booking of hotels, transport and other travel arrangements.
* Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
* Maintain organised and up-to-date electronic contract files.
* Attend client meetings when required, taking clear minutes and recording actions.
* Provide general ad-hoc administrative support to assist the wider team.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a busy administration or office support role.
* Strong organisation and time-management skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage competing demands.
* A proactive, flexible approach with a willingness to help colleagues.
* Confident communicator with a professional and helpful manner.
* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and general data entry.
* GCSEs (A*–C / 9–4) in English and Maths or equivalent.
* Comfortable taking on additional duties during staff holidays or absences.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to location).
