Job Description
The Property Development Solicitor should be able to:
3. Provide legal advice on a range of construction-related matters to clients in the professional services sector.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including JCT and NEC agreements.
5. Manage dispute resolution processes.
6. Support clients with risk management and compliance issues in construction projects.
7. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the legal department to deliver client-focused solutions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Solicitor should have:
8. At least 4 years PQE.
9. Proven experience in construction law.
10. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, particularly with JCT and NEC agreements.
11. Experience in managing dispute resolution processes effectively.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
