Job summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will expand our dealer base across a designated region. They will have the ability to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forming strong relationships with our dealer partners.
What you’ll do:
* Develop a growth strategy to maximise sales
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
* Identify, secure and nurture new partnerships
* Promote the Company’s products/services addressing or predicting client’s objectives
* Understand all aspects of insurance product regulations for FCA requirements (training can be given)
* Ensure Dealers are aware of FCA and internal compliance requirement
* Other reasonable duties as required

What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a field-based role
* A background in New Business
* Strong experience in relationship management
Preferred:
* Experience in either a Motor, Finance and/or Insurance industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Packages
