An established and highly regarded MEP contractor is currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their major projects team, following continued project wins and a strong secured workload.
Operating across the UK & Ireland, this business delivers high-quality projects across sectors including healthcare, education, industrial, leisure, andmercial.
Your new role
1. Attend pre-contract meetings and coordinate with key stakeholders
2. Review and negotiate contracts with main contractors and clients
3. Manage subcontractor and supplier procurement, securingpetitive terms
4. Overseemercial management of projects in line with contract requirements
5. Measure and valuepleted works in line with specifications and drawings
6. Produce cost reports, forecasts, and monitor project financial performance
7. Identify and managemercial risks and cost variations
8. Maintain strong clientmunication throughout project delivery
9. Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery
What you'll need to succeed
10. Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying role
11. Strongmercial awareness and contract knowledge (NEC/JCT preferred)
12. Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
13. Strongmunication and stakeholder management ability
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office
15. Self-motivated with a proactive, “can-do” approach
16. Full driving licence and willingness to travel as required
