The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of a busy, modern kitchen. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to deliver high-quality, fresh dishes in a professional and well-equipped environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and present high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
2. Manage your section efficiently during service
3. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
4. Assist with stock control and ordering as required
5. Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
Requirements
6. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
7. Passion for fresh food and modern cooking techniques
8. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
9. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
10. A positive attitude and team-focused approach
