We’re recruiting for a Senior People & Digital Development Consultant to join us. You will join our team and lead the way in shaping inclusive, forward-thinking people development strategies. This is a pivotal role in embedding a modern, engaging, and effective learning experience across our organisation, with a strong focus on digital enablement. You’ll be at the forefront of launching and optimising our new Learning Experience Platform (LXP), ensuring every colleague has access to the tools, resources, and career pathways to support their growth and success.If you’re passionate about learning, digital transformation, and creating inclusive development experiences, we’d love to hear from you.What you’ll be doing:
1. Leading the design and delivery of people development and digital learning strategies aligned to future workforce needs
2. Embedding a culture of continuous learning, capability development and career mobility across the organisation
3. Driving the rollout and adoption of our new Learning Experience Platform to enable personalised learning journeys
4. Developing blended learning strategies that are inclusive, data-driven and scalable
5. Partnering with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and co-create targeted development solutions
6. Collaborating with internal teams and external providers to ensure high-quality learning provision
7. Establishing metrics to measure learning effectiveness, digital adoption and impact
8. Managing and empowering a high-performing team of People Consultants and Digital Learning professionals
QualificationsWho we’re looking for:
9. Proven experience in leading people or organisational development strategies in complex environments
10. Strong understanding of career development frameworks, adult learning principles and digital learning trends
11. Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and building collaborative relationships across functions
12. Experience implementing and managing digital learning platforms such as LXPs or LMSs
13. Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and measure learning impact
14. Extensive facilitation experience with a focus on psychological safety and adaptability
15. Strategic thinker with a user-centred approach and a passion for innovation
