Training and Support
* Working alongside experienced staff to support you and help gain the practical skills you need.
* Learning job‑specific skills.
* Training to achieve a Level 2 Business Administration Vocational Qualification within two years of commencement.
* All of your training will be paid for in full.
* A great experience of working as part of a team, making a real difference.
Eligibility
* Individuals who already hold a degree are not eligible to undertake a Level 2 Apprenticeship.
* Applicants cannot be currently enrolled in any form of formal, government‑funded education.
* Applicants must not already hold a Level 2 qualification in Business Administration.
Main Duties
Business Administration Apprentices will work toward the duties outlined in the main Job Description. They will not be expected to carry out the full range of responsibilities until they have received the appropriate training and demonstrated the necessary competence.
Understand the role and willingness to learn and develop theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Qualifications
* GCSE Math and English Grade C / 4 or above or equivalent.
* Willingness to undertake and achieve the Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship Framework.
Skills and Attributes
* Good Communication Skills – verbal and written, with the ability to convey information professionally.
* Organisational Skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise own workload efficiently.
* Ability to use technology to undertake the role for example Microsoft Office, email, Teams.
