Overview
Social Worker - Family Safeguarding Team. Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council invites applications for a Social Worker in the Family Safeguarding Service. The service is a friendly, supportive team made up of Social Workers, Advanced Practitioners, Child Practitioners, Drug and Alcohol Workers, Probation Officers, Domestic Abuse Workers, and Mental Health Practitioners, working to achieve the best outcomes for children. Family Safeguarding is a whole family approach to working with children and families, supporting parents to create sustained change.
Grade 9 and Grade 10

Qualifications and Requirements
* Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 12 months post‑qualifying experience (ASYE available for those who have not yet completed).
* Current registration to practice as a Social Worker in England; ability to provide documentation proving right to work in the UK.
* Interest in joining a service that supports front line safeguarding practice, with supervision and development opportunities.
