Job Description
What you will do?
Every day as a Field Care Supervisor is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing.
You will:
4. Supervise care teams to support people staying independent in their own homes
5. Ensure personal care is delivered with dignity and respect
6. Promote companionship and reassurance through team guidance
7. Oversee assistance with medication, mobility, and mealtimes
8. Lead and mentor a trusted, close-knit, local team
Qualifications
What we are looking for?
Experience in care? Brilliant. New to supervision but already have solid care experience? That’s great too. What matters most is your passion for high-quality care and your ability to lead and support others with heart.
We’re looking for people who are:
9. Naturally caring, compassionate and committed to person-centred support
10. Strong leaders who inspire and motivate care teams
11. Reliable, organised and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced field-based role
12. Confident in overseeing care delivery, conducting assessments, spot checks and reviews
13. Eager to develop others through mentoring, training and hands-on support (with our full training and ongoing development)
14. Experienced in care (ideally with supervisory exposure or ready to step up), with a good understanding of care standards, safeguarding and regulations
