- Has experience of, or a strongunderstanding of, working in a diverse urban community
- Embeds high expectations for alllearners, particularly those who are disadvantaged or vulnerable
- Will champion adaptive teachingand evidence-informed practice to ensure consistency and excellence inclassroom provision
- Will lead and oversee the qualityof inclusion, SEND and pastoral systems, ensuring that provision hasclear impact on pupil outcomes
- Has the expertise to fulfil thestatutory responsibilities of SENDCo in line with the SEND Code ofPractice
- Will lead high-quality systemsfor behaviour and culture, promoting positive relationships and a strongsense of belonging
- Will monitor and evaluate theimpact of interventions and provision, ensuring continuous improvement
- Will work closely with families,staff and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and improveoutcomes for all pupils
- Will contribute to whole-schoolleadership as part of the Senior Leadership Team
