The Role
We are recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a small, friendly office based in central Burgess Hill on a short-term, immediate start assignment. You will play a key role in assisting with day‑to‑day administrative tasks. Reporting into the Customer Success Manager, the Administrator will help reduce a backlog of work and ensure smooth, efficient processes across the department.
General administrative tasks
Data entry and processing of digital documents
Scanning, photocopying and filing
Handling confidential information
Updating internal systems
Supporting colleagues with ad‑hoc admin tasks
Managing document flow
Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across all documentation
Requirements
Experience within administration or data entry would be highly desirable, along with strong accuracy and organisational ability. A good level of IT confidence is desirable, and the role would suit someone methodical, reliable, and comfortable working in a small office team. This role could suit someone who has worked as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or Data Entry Clerk.
You must be available to start the role immediately.
