We’re looking for a Head of Advanced Analytics to lead and accelerate our Homescan Advanced Solutions across west Europe markets. You’ll manage a high-performing group of analysts, local and above market commercial sellers, turning complex data into compelling stories that drive business decisions. Your responsibilities: Revenue Acceleration : Doubling revenue growth by refining analytics offerings and aligning them with client needs. Offer Development: Design and implement scalable, insight-led solutions that enhance the NieslenIQ Homescan Advanced Analytics value proposition. Sales Enablement: Equip central and in-market sales teams with impactful analytics tools, narratives, and training to boost conversion and retention. Thought Leadership: Produce and publish high-impact thought leadership pieces that position the brand as a market leader in consumer insights. Client Engagement & Pitching: Lead strategic client engagements and high-stakes pitches, showcasing the value of advanced analytics in driving business outcomes. Cross-Market Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration between global and local teams to ensure consistent delivery and innovation. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and commercial sellers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
