Remote | ~15 hours/week | Start: May/June 2025 DDA International Consulting Ltd (www.ddaconsulting.org) is a UK-based ESG consultancy working globally with development banks and UN agencies. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-time team member to support key operational functions, with a focus on billing, invoicing, and administrative tasks. The role will also support the DDA team on a project-specific basis to assist in the successful planning and logistics coordination of international field missions. The role will be fully remote, with highly flexible working hours, and occasional attendance at online meetings. Key Responsibilities · Prepare monthly client invoices · Support budget monitoring across projects. · Liaise with external accountants for basic bookkeeping tasks (e.g. reconciliations, expenses). · Help manage company documentation and filing systems on SharePoint (including updating templates and records). · Provide general administrative support to the Directors and wider team. · Support internal operational processes, including basic HR coordination (e.g. onboarding paperwork, leave tracking). · Assist in arranging travel for staff and sub-consultants. · Assist in the coordination of international field missions (Ex. Arranging local transportation and workshops when necessary). · Responsible for ensuring project logistics coordination in-line with the specific procurement policies of the relevant UN Agency or Development Bank. · Responsible for invoicing across the internal claims systems of various UN Agencies and Development Banks. Ideal Candidate · Experience in administrative or operations support, ideally within a consultancy or small business. Experience within the International Development sector is a plus. · Comfortable with numbers and financial admin, such as invoices, timesheets, and basic budgets. · Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with accounting tools such as Xero is a plus. · Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. · Strong problem-solving skills, experience working in or with teams in developing country contexts is a plus. · Able to work independently in a remote setup. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Friendly, can-do attitude with a flexible approach to tasks.
