Key purpose of role:
To drive Toshiba GCS products and services to end users via the Toshiba Channel Program. Responsible for a defined list of Partner accounts. To own all aspects of the Toshiba Relationship. To recruit new partners and be confident and skilled in both end user and partner engagements. To promote and sell the full portfolio of Toshiba’s Retail solutions and services as defined for channel partners.
Workplace:
Remote-first policy with some travel to central London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve defined sales plan revenue and services objectives for your assigned partner base - ensuring a balanced business mix across the whole Toshiba Retail portfolio of hardware, software, and services.
* Partner & Client Satisfaction - provide clients & partners with responsiveness, attention to detail and overall high level of customer service.
* Maintain a thorough Account Management/governance model for partners, ensuring regular engagement plan with reviews and meetings fully documented, both, internally and externally communicated.
* Business Development – Engage with partners and end users via consultative sales methodologies to drive compelling, value-based solution and business propositions.
* Relationships - Build, grow, and maintain relationships at all levels with your partner base. Leadership - Demonstrate responsibility for ownership and effectively engage virtual team and executive support to manage all transactions and signings to a timely close.
* Ensure all opportunities and communications are managed within the Salesforce portal and all associated opportunities are followed through to a conclusion.
* Maintain, manage and share a sales campaign plan for all significant contract signings and transactions.
* Territory/Account reporting - ensure forecasting via Salesforce and key deal feedback is accurate, complete, maintained and submitted/updated in a timely manner.

What you will bring to the team:
* Successful channel sales experience or similar client engagement experiences, ideally, having worked in the retail and hospitality technology marketplace.
* Proven channel sales/working experience.
* Strong selling skills with a positive “can do” attitude and a determined focus to win.
* The role requires technical knowhow on selling solutions and services with a continual growth of knowledge mindset.
* Ability to build, grow and maintain strategic relationships at all levels internally and externally.
* Excellent negotiating skills
* Consultative skills - the ability to develop partner and client requirements and build innovative solution-oriented proposals.
* Strong team ethic - maximizing the value Toshiba can deliver via the aligned virtual team, business partners and executive support.
