Your Role
As a Care Team Leader, you will lead and motivate a team of support workers, ensure high standards of person-centred care, support recruitment and staff development through supervisions and interviews, communicate effectively with staff, external professionals, and the people we support, and maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills.
