What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing supportive, engaging 1:1 and small-group learning sessions
* Helping students grow in confidence, independence, and resilience
* Supporting behaviour management in a calm, positive, and consistent way
* Working closely with teachers and support staff to create an inspiring learning environment

What We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting secondary-aged students is a bonus—but not essential
* A calm, patient nature and the ability to thrive in challenging situations
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
* A genuine passion for supporting young people in education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
