PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an Airport. You will be required to under-go Security Vetting Processes (including a criminal record check) if you are to be successful for this position.
DHL work in partnership with easyJet at Gatwick Airport to provide all ground handling within their Gatwick operation. No two days on our Aviation contract are the same! You will play an integral role in the ground handling operation, working to tight timeframes but delivering fantastic results.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
* To consistently deliver the highest customer service
* Making the customers journey positively memorable
* Validating customer's documentation for travel
* Processing customers for boarding
* Processing customers using manual and automated systems
* Assisting customers during disruption
* Ensure compliance in both airline and airport policies
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
* At least one year experience in a customer service role
* Be passionate about customer service
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Be calm, friendly and professional
* Excellent organisation skills
* Ability to quickly and accurately react to any given situation
* Work well within a team and as an individual
SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL
* Be able to provide 5 years address history
* Be able to provide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
* To obtain a full airside ID
