Overview
Brooksby Hall is a beautiful events venue nestled in the Leicestershire countryside, now proudly part of the Loughborough College Group. We host a wide range of commercial events including weddings, proms, conferences, and Sunday lunches - and we're looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our team. As Commercial Waiting and Event Staff, you'll work alongside our Events Manager and Coordinators to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities
* Greeting guests and assisting with seating
* Setting up and clearing down event spaces
* Serving food, drinks, and canapés
* Supporting bar service (optional)
* Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event
* Following event plans and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
We want someone friendly, professional, and flexible—able to work evenings, weekends, and busy event times. You should be a great team player who follows instructions well. While hospitality experience is a bonus, it's not essential.
