Manpower Group is recruiting an Electrical Bias Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join a high-volume FMCG manufacturing site in Leeds operating 24/7.
This role is ideal for an experienced electrical maintenance engineer with strong fault-finding and breakdown experience in automated manufacturing environments.
You will be responsible for reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and continuous improvement across automated production and packaging machinery.
Key Responsibilities
* Electrical fault finding on automated production & packaging lines
* Reactive maintenance and breakdown response
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Fault finding on PLC-controlled machinery (Siemens / Allen Bradley)
* Motors, drives, inverters, sensors & control panels
* Use of CMMS systems (SAP PM or similar)
Essential Skills & Experience
1. Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer background
2. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
3. ONC / HNC / Apprenticeship preferred
