Founded in 1963 and based in L'Aigle (France), IMV Technologies is a company specialized in the field of animal reproduction and biotechnology. It offers a range of products, services and technologies to improve the management of animal reproduction, particularly in the livestock sector.
IMV Technologies provides its customers with laboratory management software that connects all aspects of seed identification and processing, and provides supervision software for each IMV freezing, printer or packaging product. Each software is installed on a Windows computer and connected by a wire to the product, to manage the given production process of the customers.
IMV Imaging is the diagnostic imaging division of the IMV Technologies group and our mission it to help improve animal care across a range of different species. IMV imaging designed ultrasound scanners for veterinarians with software embedded on the Windows operating system. We are currently recruiting for an IT Systems Analyst to join our UK IT function.
Location
This role will be located at our Bellshill, Scotland offices. There will be some opportunity for Hybrid working.
Job purpose / Key responsibilities
The role will be to ensure smooth running of the internal IT infrastructure by providing second level IT support to IMV Group users through department resources.
* Support in the maintenance of our internal IT systems, including: Windows Server; Maintaining VMWare ESXi infrastructure; Ubuntu Linux; Cloud Services (AZURE & M365)
* Administration and maintenance of the following equipment: Firewall (including VPN); Switch Management
* Maintenance of the internal communications infrastructure, including Gamma SIP trunks.
* Provide IT support to internal customers around the globe.
* Maintenance & Support in the development of the existing internal security policies.
* Support and development of the RMM (Remote Monitoring Management System): Remote Control; Software Deployment; Software Updates
* Asset Management
* Administration of companywide backups through Cloud services
* Ensure technical documentation is accurate and up to date.
Education and experience required

* Previous Office 365 and Azure experience
* Networking Infrastructure
* Cyber Security experience is desired
* Microsoft Certification is desired
