Job Description Summary:
The Human Resources Services Advisor is the first point of contact for assigned client groups. The HR Service Advisor operates with independence, discretion, judgment, and initiative to provide timely and accurate information and advice on policies, procedures, administrative and operational issues, and collective agreements.
Job Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary contact for service-related questions from hiring managers, employees, and HR team members, managing HR requests end-to-end, including tracking and tracing, to ensure a high-quality user experience.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving queries efficiently and striving to exceed expectations. Maintain knowledge of business operations and key contacts. Support HR calendar events such as IDP, MAP, and STIP salary reviews.
* Utilize multiple HR and Payroll systems to support customer query resolution.
* Share customer feedback with Service Specialists and suggest HR technology solutions to improve operations.
* Monitor the quality of transactional work produced by HR Hubs and track key HR service metrics.
* Initiate changes in Workday as per process requirements.
* Provide proactive advice on HR processes to HR Business Partners and line managers.
* Participate in local HR projects impacting the department.
* Maintain awareness of the roles of other HR teams and functions.
* Keep up-to-date with HR policies and procedures.
