Call Handler - Temp to Perm (6 Months) Pay: £16.22 per hour (weekly pay) Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Location: On-site Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Call Handler to join a busy and fast-paced team. This role offers the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful 6-month temporary contract. Key Responsibilities: Handling high volumes of incoming calls in a professional and timely manner Providing clear and accurate information to customers and internal teams Logging and maintaining call details on internal systems Escalating queries where appropriate Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service Meeting call handling targets and KPIs Requirements: Previous call handling or customer service experience Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident using IT systems and learning new processes Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Professional, positive, and reliable attitude What's on Offer: £16.22 per hour with weekly pay Monday to Friday working pattern Opportunity to secure a permanent position after 6 months Full training and support provided
