Occupational Health Technician Full time, permanent Open to those based in Southend £25,000-£30,000 per annum (BASED ONE EXPERIENCE) Are you based in Southend and looking for an opportunity to work as an Occupational Health Technician? We are seeking an Occupational Health Technician to join our clients' expanding peripatetic team. This role is great for experienced OHTs or those looking into OH who have a Sport Science degree and a transferrable health related background. The successful applicant will be required to travel throughout the UK in a mobile screening van or their own vehicle, to client sites in order to deliver health surveillance services. You must be happy to travel UK wide and frequently stay away from home during the week (often Monday-Thursday) Do you want to make a difference and be part of a team who is supporting the health of people at work? You will be Undertaking; - Health surveillance screening. Audiometry Lung function testing. Drug and alcohol testing. General baseline measurements such as height, weight, blood pressure, urinalysis. To undertake and support additional tasks as requested, such as health promotion activities. Who were looking for Sport Science graduate plus background as an Emergency Medical Technician, transferrable health related field, Ambulance Assistant Able to complete overnight stays and extensive travel throughout the UK (overnight stays arefrequently Monday Thursday depending on client requirements) Hold a full clean manual UK driving licence (must have held this license for a minimum of 12 months) and be able to provide proof of this.
