Hotel Duty Manager - Llandudno Town Centre Premier Inn
What You’ll Do
Join our team at Llandudno Town Centre Premier Inn as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team to ensure welcoming, safe, and high-quality hotel experiences.
* Uphold health and safety standards and operational compliance.
* Deliver outstanding customer experience and motivate others to do the same.
* Support day-to-day hotel operations and guest services.
Requirements
* Experience leading people, ideally in retail or similar customer-facing settings.
* Ability to deliver outstanding customer experience and inspire a team.
* Dedicated professional with strong communication and organisational skills.
* Immediate start – leadership experience relevant.
Pay & Contract
Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift). Fixed Term (Until Sept 2026) – we don’t do zero hours contracts!
