Horticultural Manager

They're looking for someone with solid plant knowledge and a keen commercial eye to help lead their plant area team and drive department success.
Responsibilities
* As the Plant Area Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the outdoor and indoor plant departments.
* You'll manage stock levels, uphold high standards of plant care and visual merchandising, and support your team in delivering excellent customer service.
* You'll work closely with the centre management team to maintain a safe, efficient, and inspiring retail environment.
What We're Looking For
* Strong knowledge & passion for a wide variety of plants (trees, shrubs, perennials, indoor plants).
* Supervisory or management experience in a retail and/or horticultural setting.
* Good commercial awareness, able to spot trends and maximise sales opportunities.
* Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
* A reliable, organised mindset with good time management skills
