* Experience within the VAGgroup would bea distinct advantage
* Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and dealership operations
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Commercial awareness with a track recordof meeting or exceeding targets
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiencyin dealership management systems (DMS)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
