Fosroc is part of Saint Gobain UK&I and is a global leader in construction chemicals, providing innovative solutions for the building and infrastructure industry.
What will you be doing?
As a key member of our Customer Service team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers - making every interaction count. You'll:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and care
Process orders accurately using Microsoft Dynamics (DAX)
Work closely with Planning, Production, Procurement, and Distribution teams to ensure deliveries are on time and in full
Resolve queries and complaints quickly and effectively, keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do
Support sales teams with quotations and service delivery
Contribute to our Health, Safety and Environmental goals
Be proactive in achieving personal and team KPIs Who will you be working with?
You'll collaborate across our business, building strong relationships with:
Internal teams (Customer Service, Planning, Production, Procurement, Technical, Finance, Sales & Marketing)
External partners (customers and transport providers)
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who is
A dedicated team player with a strong work ethic
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Professional and positive telephone manner
Is Calm, flexible and able to work under pressure
IT literate with strong multitasking abilityDesirable (but not essential):
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or construction industries

And what about flexibility?
The world of work is changing. At Saint-Gobain, we're always open to new ways of working. Everyone has different needs and commitments. This is a hybrid role working 37 working hours per week (08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday with a 1-hour unpaid break each day & 08:30 to 16:00 Friday with a 30 minute unpaid break)- though if you need some flexibility- we'll happily discuss any need you might have for this role.
