Job Title: Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Radstock, Bath
Salary: £35,276 per annum (includes 1 sleep-in per week)
Working Hour: Mix of 07:30–21:30 (on shift) and 08:30–16:30 (admin shifts)
Number of Sleeps Required: 1 per week
Pay Per Sleep: £63
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with Learning Disabilities and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 1 year in a children’s residential care setting as a Senior Support Worker

NVQ Level 3 qualified with a UK driving licence

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered
