Job Description:
Hariley Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our client's dynamic team in Telford. If you have a proven track record in Sales and are looking for a new opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities:
* To achieve the sales targets set for the designated territory and product portfolio
* To establish and maintain relationships with key customers.
* Generate new business leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
* Work with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure successful fulfilment of orders and maintain customer satisfaction
* To maintain up to date and accurate records for the territory and supply records punctually in line with management requirements.
* To maintain up-to-date customer records for your territory in whilst ensuring all other essential administration for your role is completed (reporting, expenses)
* To maximise sales of utilising a high standard of product knowledge and professional selling skills.
* To attain a technical involvement with customers to establish an informed knowledge of clinical data and the market place.
What you’ll need to succeed:
* Demonstrable success and proven experience in medical sales
* Capable of working with minimum supervision, on own initiative.
* A good team player with excellent communication skills and a competitive attitude
* Ability to prioritise and organise your own workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment whilst working with and supporting your wider team.
* Have the drive, motivation and desire to exceed targets
* Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
* Analytical with the ability to interpret and utilise key sales data.
