Overview
As a Business Analyst in the Energy and Water Utilities sector, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement across business processes, systems, and services. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver strategic and operational change, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work with client partners and account directors of specific utilities to identify opportunities and deliver
2. Work with the delivery teams to identify gaps in process, technology and applications
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements to manage these gaps
4. Analyse current processes and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
5. Lead business process analysis and recommend strategic solutions.
6. Support the delivery of change initiatives across people, process, and technology.
7. Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and clarity.
9. Work within Agile and Waterfall project environments.
10. Prepare business cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
