1. End-to-End Delivery: Own the full lifecycle for complex energy initiatives, system changes, and business efficiency or growth initiatives—from discovery to post-implementation review.
2. Industry Change Management: Lead the response to mandated energy industry changes, ensuring UW’s regulatory requirements are met and processes are aligned.
3. Metering Strategy Execution: Manage large-scale projects, including SMETS2 deployments and legacy meter exchanges, to optimize customer outcomes and P&L.
4. Stakeholder Orchestration: Align diverse teams across the business to act as a cohesive unit.
5. Resource & Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to ensure maximum ROI and timely delivery.

Your team and the people you will work with include experts from across Commercial, Finance, Product, Tech, Operations, and Regulatory teams. As a Project Manager within Commercial Energy Projects, you will act as the central point of contact for cross-business initiatives linked to Energy. You will work collaboratively to align these diverse teams, ensuring that our energy business remains compliant, efficient, and market-leading.

9. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the energy sector or a proven ability to adapt quickly to new, complex industries.
10. Analytical Problem Solving: The ability to break down complex data flows or bottlenecks into actionable plans.
