About the role
Thanks to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join the CMV Group in this newly created role. In this hands-on position, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team across South Australia and Victoria to develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies across our diverse range of businesses. Your role will be key in enhancing brand awareness, increasing website traffic, and generating leads and customers across various digital platforms.

Key requirements of the Role
1. Develop Strategies: Create compelling digital strategies and implement them across multiple platforms to boost customer engagement, retention, and business growth.
2. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital initiatives that improve retention, conversion rates, and user experience.
3. Campaign Execution: Work with Marketing Executives to develop, execute, and analyze paid campaigns, ensuring optimal impact within budget.
4. Website Maintenance: Partner with Digital Marketing Coordinators to create, update, and optimize website content using SEO best practices.
5. EDM Communications: Assist in creating email campaigns and develop internal and external communications, monitoring results for continuous improvement.
6. SEO/SEM Management: Collaborate with agencies to develop and oversee SEO and SEM strategies, providing performance reports regularly.
7. Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of industry trends and implement necessary changes to stay competitive.
8. Content Creation: Work with stakeholders to produce engaging digital content.
9. Project Management: Manage projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
Skills / Experience and Qualifications
1. Completed tertiary studies in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or PR.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role.
3. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media advertising best practices.
4. Extensive experience with Campaign Monitor or similar EDM software, with a strong understanding of best practices.
5. Proven ability to develop, capture, and execute content across digital channels.
6. Experience with various CMS platforms and understanding of website design and content optimization.
7. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for writing.
9. Strong team collaboration skills.
10. Creative mindset with innovative thinking abilities.
